What You’ll Do

Own the

performance and profitability (P&L) of a service department

Build, coach, and develop leaders and team members

Create alignment around clear goals, expectations, and outcomes

Move people from where they are to where they need to be

Drive execution through clarity, accountability, and follow-through

Build a culture of ownership, trust, and continuous improvement

Proven experience leading and developing teams

Strong ability to influence, coach, and motivate people

Clear communicator who aligns teams around shared goals

Process‑driven thinker with a bias toward execution

Experience owning results, not just overseeing activity
