Our culture is built on flexibility and trust. We were founded in a home office, and remote work is a central part of our culture. We don’t micromanage. We are focused on doing quality work, being accountable to each other and clients, and providing exceptional levels of service and support.

30% platform development, systems, and process improvement •
20% executive support and firm-level coordination
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE •
Ensures Leadership is able to focus on strategic planning and business development •
Establish connections with clients so they feel genuinely cared for. •
Mistakes and repetitive tasks are reduced because you built a system to handle it. •

RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationships & Service •
Develop relationships with clients and establish yourself as a primary point of contact. •
Handle service requests: address changes, beneficiary updates, account maintenance, sending documents. •

Assist clients with things like going paperless, onboarding to the portal, and initial account setup. •
Prepare and process custodian paperwork (Schwab, Fidelity, or similar).
Platform & Systems Development •
Identify gaps in how the firm operates and build solutions. Ticketing, tracking, coordination tools. •

Assist with compliance, billing, and operational processes.
Executive & Leadership Support •
Manage leadership’s inboxes, calendars, and priorities. •

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR Someone who likes people and systems in equal measure. You can have a warm conversation with a client and then go build a better process right after. You notice what’s broken and you fix it without being asked.
