Customer Service Representative

We’re seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team who is passionate about solving problems, loves wowing our existing distributor partners who represent Torani, and enjoys building relationships with new ones. You are part detective and part hero, and you love the fact that no two days are the same. Using your research skills and outstanding follow‑up helps you get the right answer when working with a wide variety of team members from Marketing to Distribution.

Computer Skills: Operate Oracle, Word, and Excel efficiently; write reports and assessments; assist teammates with system issues.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in Consumer‑Packaged Goods (CPG) or Business‑to‑Business (B2B) environments.

Skilled with an order management system (Oracle, SAP or equivalent).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

CRM experience.

Ability to work 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday‑Friday, in‑office (plus overtime as needed).

Payrate:

$28.85 – $32.05 per hour
