Affiliate & Business Development Manager REMOTE POSITION
Full-time
Company is located in Nashville but will accept remote employees.
Responsibilities
Research and recruit new publishers (affiliates)
Work with publishers and advertisers to optimize delivery and campaign performance
Ensure compliance with publishers on an ongoing basis
Analyze publisher statistics to maximize revenue, identify opportunities, optimize campaigns and troubleshoot issues
Build and manage client relationships
Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities, and increase ROI
Manage affiliate relations, communication and recruitment
Qualifications
At least 2 years of affiliate management experience, with payday loan experience strongly preferred
College degree a plus but not required
Experience working for a reputable affiliate network and with payday loan clients
Ability to recruit and manage new affiliates, manage network offers, and increase company revenue substantially
Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in performance marketing space
