How You’ll Make An Impact
Partner with Sales to define business strategies for customer proposals Lead and inspire cross-functional bid teams to create compelling, customer-focused proposals Coordinate inputs from legal, finance, product, and support to build cohesive bids Review commercial terms and manage risk throughout the bid lifecycle Develop pricing models that align with margin goals and governance standards Ensure proposals reflect our brand, value-adds, and win themes Present proposals to senior leadership and support internal approvals Support internal governance and administrative processes Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree preferred 2–5 years of experience in commercial operations, bids, or tender management Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms Solid understanding of commercial risk and pricing strategies
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
