Overview Mohawk Industries is a Fortune 500 global flooring leader. We’re looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to help improve customer satisfaction through day‑to‑day support and process improvements.
Responsibilities
Execute daily tasks related to customer experience such as calls, order processing, delivery status, claims, and purchase orders.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues proactively and provide timely solutions.
Coordinate communication with customers and associates.
Serve as a resource to other associates regarding customer experience.
Perform some warehouse and inventory tasks as needed.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
Provide basic analysis to solve problems using standard procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
0–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
High integrity and discretion with sensitive data.
