We’re looking for a creative, organized, and upbeat Experiential Coordinator with hands‑on event experience to help bring our brand to life at fairs, conventions, and industry events. This role goes beyond setting up a booth—you’ll be responsible for thinking through the full event experience and finding ways to make each activation engaging, memorable, and well‑executed.
This is a hybrid role that allows you to report to one of our office locations a few days per week and includes travel to events throughout the year. You may work from McAllen, TX; Long Island, NY; or North Bergen, NJ (2‑3 days in the office).
What You’ll Do
Plan, coordinate, and execute event activations at trade shows, fairs, and conventions
Conceptualize booth layouts, flow, and onsite experiences to help us stand out
Manage event logistics, including materials, shipping, setup, breakdown, and inventory
Travel to events and serve as an onsite point of contact before, during, and after each activation
Ensure each event reflects a consistent, professional, and engaging brand presence
Identify opportunities to improve future events based on onsite observations and feedback
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in events, experiential marketing, brand activations, or a related role (including college event planning, job fairs, campus organizations, or similar hands‑on experience)
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, onsite environments
Willingness and availability to travel, including occasional weekends
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A positive, energetic attitude and a hands‑on approach
Ability to lift and transport event materials as needed
Bilingual, English/Spanish is a plus
