Director of Worship – Spanish Ministries (Part-Time) | Director(a) de Alabanza –

Faith Church, a multi-generational EFCA church in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, is seeking a part-time director of worship for its Spanish ministries. This role is ideal for a ministry minded, musically gifted leader who can cultivate meaningful, Christ-centered worship.

Responsibilities Include:

Lead and prepare worship for Sunday Spanish ministries services

Recruit, train and oversee worship team members

Coordinate rehearsals, scheduling and service planning

Collaborate with the pastor of Spanish ministries

Provide spiritual leadership and shepherding care

Qualifications:

Affirms the EFCA Statement of Faith

Strong biblical understanding of worship

Excellent musical, vocal and leadership abilities

Ability to sing and play piano and/or guitar

Native-level Spanish; proficient in English

Experience with worship technology and sound systems preferred

Details:

Part-time: 15–20 hours per week

Compensation: $15,000–$20,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
