Inquisitive and diplomatic
Good understanding of DG policies related to PII data privacy and security
Good experience in establishing Data Quality Metrics. Knowing how to achieve data quality goals between multiple sets of stakeholders is very important for a data steward. There is a certain diplomatic skill that is required
Experience with any tool like IBM Stewardship Center would be a great advantage
Very good understanding of general Master Data Management concepts like Rationalization, Survivorship etc
