The CRM and Automation Specialist partners closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Payroll, Clinical teams, and end users to manage CRM systems, data integrity, and marketing automation technology. This role blends technical systems expertise with marketing and business process integration, requiring a deep understanding of how interconnected platforms support customer engagement and internal workflows.

Major Position Responsibilities CRM & Data Management

Identify unstructured lead funnels and resolve incomplete or inaccurate lead data.

Update and maintain data taxonomy and workflow logic.

Manage data mapping from external sources into the CRM and prepare CRM data for downstream systems via webhooks or APIs.

Add and maintain code snippets within workflows to support new data permutations.

Ensure CRM data integrity across multiple departments.

Own responsibility for PII exposure, protection, and compliance within the CRM.

Marketing Automation & Enablement

Partner with the Director of Marketing Technology to build flexible, scalable automation workflows that address current and future business needs.

Become deeply familiar with existing automations and collaborate on identifying new opportunities.

Build, test, and deploy new processes for lead acquisition, qualification, and distribution.

Support Marketing campaigns through automation, segmentation, and integrations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operations

Work cross‑departmentally to identify inefficiencies solvable through CRM data and existing platform functionality.

Operate as part of the delivery team to convert enhancement requests into operational efficiencies.

Manage Sales Operations workflows, including ROE and candidate distribution.

Support Clinical and Payroll ticketing systems, including actively building automation agents to address Payroll support tickets.

Run and manage Triage’s referral program.

Integrations & Systems Ownership

Own and manage integrations across:

Business Software:

HubSpot, Retell AI, Google Sheets, n8n, Snowflake

Proprietary Systems:

Gobi, Triage Wallet, Nucleus

Manage integrations with Pact, lead sources, and external measurement tools for both market‑facing and internal communications.

Identify integration gaps with partners such as BPP, RingCentral, and Textus.

Manage both data inputs and end‑user experience for Triage Plus.

Required Skills, Abilities, & Education

Experience administering a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred).

Strong comfort with numbers, datasets, and data validation.

Experience with business analytics and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Sisense).

Experience running digital marketing campaigns (performance‑based, non‑brand preferred).

Familiarity with low‑code automation and workflow tools such as HubSpot Operations Hub, n8n, Zapier, Make.com, Salesforce, or Power Automate.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to quickly resolve complex workflow issues.

Self‑starter with a high level of ownership and initiative.

Educational background or active enrollment in a related field (Marketing, Advertising, Business, Data Science, or similar).

2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
