Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers in your assigned regional territory Coordinate and manage customer orders and inquiries via phone, email, mail, and Live Chat Provide product and service information, and resolve any issues that arise with current or future orders Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction Use multiple systems to process orders and maintain accurate records
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience in an office, call center, or order-processing environment Comfortable handling phone and email communications with customers Strong attention to detail while working with multiple systems Professional, organized, and reliable
