Executive Assistant - Walmart Foundation
Location: Bentonville, AR Are you a highly organized, proactive administrative professional who thrives in a mission-driven environment? Join Walmart as an Executive Assistant supporting the SVP of the Walmart Foundation, part of Walmart's Global Responsibility team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support that enables leadership to advance Walmart's philanthropic missionhelping strengthen communities, expand economic opportunity, advance sustainable supply chains, and create lasting social impact. What You'll Do
Manage and prioritize calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations. Support incoming communications by monitoring requests, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-up with professionalism and discretion. Coordinate logistics for speaking engagements and internal meetings, partnering with Global Communications and other teams as needed. Assist with department activities, including team meetings, planning sessions, and operational processes in partnership with other EAs and associates. Provide project management for activities that cut across the philanthropic team. Prepare leadership for key meetings by organizing agendas, gathering materials, and ensuring timely access to pre-reads. Support compliance and high quality grantmaking, including support for grant approval process and processes such as grant reallocations. Support planning and execution of stakeholder events, including on-campus convenings, working sessions, and team offsites. Serve as a point of contact for the Walmart Foundation office, fostering positive relationships and professional interactions across the organization. Draft and edit communications such as emails, meeting notes, and presentation materials with clarity and attention to detail. Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, ensuring seamless arrangements and accurate itineraries. Manage expense reporting and vendor invoicing in alignment with Walmart policies and timelines. What You'll Bring
Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and familiarity with travel and expense systems. Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems proactively, and adapt in a mission-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field OR 2 years' experience in field, administration, operations, or related area. Preferred Qualifications
