who understands the importance of the first phone call and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with
Housecall Pro experience (or a similar CRM)
who understands the plumbing industry—or is highly trainable—and knows the
East End of Long Island . You must be
reliable, self-sufficient , and able to manage your responsibilities with
minimal supervision . Our ideal CSR is always
smiling through the phone , friendly, confident, and attentive to detail. You know how to ask the right questions to properly prepare our technicians before they arrive, ensuring smooth calls, happy customers, and successful jobs. You understand the industry goals and have a strong

mindset. Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and provide a positive, professional customer experience
Book service calls efficiently and confidently
Gather accurate information to properly prepare technicians for each job
Use Housecall Pro (or similar CRM) to schedule, document, and communicate details
Communicate clearly with technicians and management
Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience with Housecall Pro or similar CRM preferred
Plumbing, HVAC, or home services experience a plus
Strong phone skills and a friendly, positive attitude
Detail-oriented and proactive
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
