What will I be doing? A. Marketing & Communications (Primary Accountability)

Support the execution and delivery of agreed F&D marketing, communication, and PR strategies aligned with overall commercial objectives

Coordinate and monitor ongoing F&D marketing and PR campaigns, ensuring timely reporting and performance tracking

Support development and execution of promotional activities, collateral, in‑venue branding, and merchandising for F&D outlets

Promote F&D venues and initiatives across relevant media channels, including digital, social, PR, and partnerships

Support internal communication activities related to F&D, including content creation, announcements, and presentations

Coordinate media relations activities including press materials, media visits, interviews, and familiarisation trips

Assist with and coordinate photo shoots, video productions, and content creation for F&D outlets

Monitor and support social media activities related to F&D in line with brand tone and guidelines

Ensure all F&D‑related marketing materials comply with Hilton brand standards and corporate guidelines

Support loyalty, partnership, and promotional campaigns linked to F&D initiatives

Execute content management across owned, earned, and paid channels including websites, OTAs, social media, and partnerships

Prepare regular performance reports highlighting results, insights, and next steps

Conduct competitive analysis related to F&D marketing and positioning

Support crisis communication related to F&D when required

Support influencer / KOL collaborations for F&D campaigns, including outreach, coordination, and performance follow‑up

Assist with guest database growth initiatives for F&D (opt‑ins, sign‑ups, campaign tracking) in coordination with CRM teams

Ensure usage rights, permissions, and credits are properly managed for photos, videos, and creative assets

Contribute to copywriting and localisation of F&D content to ensure tone, accuracy, and relevance across channels

Support basic campaign testing and optimisation activities (A/B testing of messaging, visuals, or formats)

Monitor and flag opportunities for seasonal, cultural, or event‑driven F&D promotional moments

B. F&D Administrative & Coordination Support (Secondary)

Provide administrative/coordination support to the F&D function related to marketing and commercial initiatives

Support preparation, tracking, and follow‑up of F&D‑related documentation, approvals, and internal communications

Assist with budget tracking, supplier coordination, and invoice follow‑up linked to F&D marketing activities

Act as a coordination point between Commercial, F&D Operations, and shared services where required

C. Operational Exposure & On‑Site Support (As Needed)

Support F&D operations during key activations, events, or peak periods to ensure operational alignment

Ensure guest experience, brand positioning, and communication standards are reflected during on‑site operational support

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES The role is expected to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Commercial, F&D Operations and other hotel departments, work closely with external agencies, suppliers and partners as required, comply with all Hilton policies, procedures and brand standards, act in accordance with health, safety and fire regulations, achieve the agreed performance objectives set by the line manager, and undertake any reasonable task aligned with the scope and intent of the role.

IMPORTANT NOTE This role operates in close partnership with both Commercial and F&D Operations. Priorities, ways of working and performance expectations will be aligned jointly between the primary and dotted‑line managers to ensure full business support.
