Customer Service Representative

We're currently looking for the right person to fill an in-office, full-time Customer Service Representative position on our team. In this role, you will have many responsibilities, including, but not limited to, troubleshooting with customers and placing orders for them over the phone, via email/chat, and in person. We are looking for someone who knows what it means to put the customer's needs first, enjoys working as part of a team, and is optimistic and solution-oriented. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities: Take incoming customer service phone calls and respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, online chat, and in person Troubleshoot product or order issues and work toward a quick and positive resolution Demonstrate strong commitment to punctuality and dependable shift coverage Generate, prepare, and input purchase orders and vendor invoices Navigate inventory levels and promotions using multiple software programs Create, nurture, and close inbound sales opportunities Communicate and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Provide internal feedback to improve the customer experience and identify new ways to generate revenue and business growth Qualifications: Proven track record of achieving goals and creating exceptional customer experiences Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and clear communication skills Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting Advanced verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Sheets Experience: Customer Service: 3+ years Microsoft Office/Google Suite: 4+ years Administrative: 1+ year
