Responsibilities
Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
Maintain exterior cleanliness prior to the shift and throughout the day/evening.
Assist with kitchen deliveries, including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
Assist with kitchen food preparation as assigned.
Arrive to workstation on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work; work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings.
Follow and comply with established procedures, including health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
Maintain, or ensure maintenance of, a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; keep equipment in accordance with cleanliness and safety standards.
Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
Immediately report safety hazards and violations.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
Dish or sanitation experience a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong focus on cleanliness.
Great organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in all food safety guidelines.
