About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Regional Operations. The successful candidate will be a senior manager responsible for the overall operations of the assigned office, ensuring program compliance with all regulations and contracts, and maintaining a positive reputation in the community. This role involves the direct oversight of multiple contracts and funding sources, as well as the development of relationships with funders and regulatory bodies. The Executive Director will also be tasked with implementing and adhering to the company's policies and procedures, developing and managing the annual budget, and establishing fundraising goals.
Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a Master’s degree, preferably in a related field, and at least 5 years of increasing supervisory experience in a human service setting. The role requires a leader who can operate the program in an ethical manner, in line with the company's mission and core values, and who is adept at managing staff, including training, performance appraisal, and fostering a positive work environment. The Executive Director will be responsible for the program's financial and operational performance, including monitoring contract outcomes and ensuring quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will be proactive in seeking out and responding to funding opportunities and will be committed to the continuous improvement of the program and the professional development of the staff.
