Telecare Client Why This Role Matters As a Regional Floating Director of Nursing, you will step in where leadership is needed moststrengthening nursing teams, elevating clinical practice, and ensuring continuity of high-quality care across multiple programs. This is a highly visible, mission-driven role for a seasoned nursing leader who thrives on impact, flexibility, and collaboration. What You'll Do to Change Lives Provide interim DON leadership during critical coverage needs, especially within 24/7 behavioral health programs Support and mentor nursing teams through education, training, consultation, auditing, onboarding, and clinical guidance Partner with regional and program leadership to advance nursing excellence and clinical outcomes Oversee administration of patient care systems and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards Travel extensively across assigned regions to support multiple locations Participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and responsive to operational needs Schedule & Compensation Full-Time | Days 8:00 AM

5:30 PM (may vary by program needs) Monday

Friday Expected Starting Salary: $146,455.73
