Customer Service And Sales Support Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service and Sales Support Coordinator to support our showroom in a busy window treatment shop specializing in Hunter Douglas blinds and shades, custom draperies, upholstery, and hardware. This role is the main point of contact for customers & answering questions, preparing quotes, coordinating orders, and keeping jobs moving smoothly from sales to installation. This is an in-office, hands-on support role ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Greet and assist showroom customers in person and by phone/email Answer basic questions about blinds, shades, drapery and fabrics Schedule in-home consultations, measurements, and installations Handle follow-up calls, service requests, and basic troubleshooting questions Sales Support Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales orders Assist office manager with samples, pricing and paperwork Follow up on open quotes, pending orders and Hunter Douglas leads Coordinate schedule with installers to ensure jobs run on schedule Process payments and basic billing Keep showroom organized with samples, binders, and displays Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable answering phones, using computers, email, and basic software like Microsoft Office Detail oriented with strong follow-through Friendly, professional demeanor with customers Ability to multitask and prioritize in a small business environment Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or office administration a plus Experience preparing quotes or working with custom-order products a plus Familiarity with Hunter Douglas products a plus Benefits: Competitive pay Paid training on Hunter Douglas products Supportive, team-oriented environment Some Saturdays required - hours are 9:00am-12:00pm.
