The Company is in search of a Vice President for Operational Risk, with a focus on custody and wealth management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing second-line oversight of operational risk, ensuring that it is in line with the company's risk appetite. This includes reviewing and challenging first-line risk assessments, control testing, loss event data, and issue management. The role also involves supporting the development and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as identifying emerging operational risks and participating in scenario analysis. The VP will be expected to monitor incident and issue management, prepare risk committee reports, and support regulatory exam preparation.
