About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Product and AI Solutions to play a pivotal role in pre-sales, focusing on enabling enterprise clients to secure capital expenditure funding for digital initiatives. This strategic position requires a visionary with a deep understanding of product strategy and AI, capable of translating complex client challenges into compelling proposals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of digital and AI-driven solutions, defining engagement frameworks, and owning the pre-sales process for AI and product strategy work. Additionally, the role involves refining commercial offerings, overseeing the transition from sales to delivery, and acting as a trusted advisor on sold projects.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in product management, AI/ML solutioning, or technology consulting, with a strong background in pre-sales. The role demands expertise across the AI/ML lifecycle, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both C-suite and technical stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding advanced degrees or with experience in scaling consulting solution capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a blend of consulting and industry experience, be adept at speculative solutioning, and have a proven track record in scoping fixed-bid engagements. Industry experience in financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, or insurance is a significant advantage.
