Outreach Executive I
– Oak Street Health (part of CVS Health)
As the Outreach Executive, you will develop relationships with Medicare seniors in your local community to encourage them to become patients of Oak Street Health. You’ll work closely with Outreach Managers, Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to drive new patient growth in your assigned territory.
Core Responsibilities
Generate leads by engaging Medicare seniors via event execution and local community outreach.
Maintain knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs through scheduled meetings.
Prospect and cold call assigned prospects & new leads, including those from digital channels and other Outreach Executives.
Nurture prospective patients and pursue new patients via email, phone, and networking.
Collaborate with Community Relationship Managers, other OEs, and your Outreach Manager/Director to drive local lead generation.
Maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects to drive new patient growth.
Record customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.
Act as the point of contact for clinical or center staff with patient questions.
Resolve concerns or complaints from prospects & patients by working with them or directing them to appropriate staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Team player contributing to overall team effectiveness.
Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by local community members (where necessary).
US work authorization.
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 hours
Time Type Full time
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $31.72 per hour. The actual base salary may vary based on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position may also be eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs.
