Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. This onsite role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for assisting others. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of inbound phone calls with the ability to upsell additional products or services. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from current customers to assist with their current service with the end goal of upselling an additional product or service Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Update and maintain customer information in various databases. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work onsite 5 days a week. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems. Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
