About Our Agency Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 1993 and currently has a small, close-knit team of two. Before opening the agency, I was in school and working in a research lab, then returned to school before beginning my journey with State Farm. I’m a graduate of The Ohio State University and enjoy life with my wife and two kids. Giving back is important to us—we’ve partnered with several nonprofits over the years to support causes that make a difference in our community. Role Description As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with William Stevenson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
