online gaming . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Flemish-speaking customers, helping them navigate their needs and providing solutions with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via
email, chat, or phone , depending on the project. Assist users with account inquiries, technical issues, product-related questions, or transaction support. Troubleshoot problems and offer effective solutions, escalating when necessary. Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt, friendly, and accurate communication. Follow established workflows, guidelines, and service standards. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and the overall customer experience. Qualifications
Fluent in Flemish (Dutch)
and confident in English (spoken and written). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly. Prior experience in
customer support . Availability to work in a hybrid-working model. Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail. Benefits
