Begin developing sales skills through customer conversations, with growth into a licensed sales role.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Interest in sales and willingness to obtain an insurance license (with our support).
