IP Prosecution & Transactions Associate

REQUIREMENTS Seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) associate with patent and trademark prosecution and IP transaction experience. The ideal candidate will effectively manage day-to-day prosecution dockets and prepare USPTO filings, conduct searches, prepare clearance opinions/advice, client correspondence, office action responses, and effectively communicate with other lawyers and clients. Experience negotiating and drafting IP transaction and software agreements and conducting IP due diligence and M&A transaction documents a plus. A USPTO registration number or patent bar eligibility is strongly preferred. Excellent academic credentials, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, and practical judgment required. Candidates must be currently admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia, California, DC, New Jersey, or New York.
