Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day patent and trademark prosecution dockets. Prepare and file documents with the USPTO, including office action responses. Conduct patentability and trademark searches and prepare clearance opinions/advice. Draft and negotiate IP transactional documents, including software license agreements. Provide IP due diligence support in M&A transactions. Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients and internal legal teams. Qualifications: 2–5 years of relevant experience in patent and trademark prosecution and IP transactions. Admission to practice law in Florida. USPTO registration number or eligibility for the patent bar strongly preferred. Experience with IP due diligence and software agreements is a plus.
