As an Insurance Agent Aspirant, you won’t just be selling insurance — you’ll be learning what it takes to run a business. From day one, you’ll be immersed in the daily operations of a local agency, building relationships with clients, generating revenue, and sharpening your leadership and business acumen. This is the ideal role for someone with long‑term ambitions of becoming an agency owner.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead follow‑up
Educate clients on insurance options and tailor coverage to meet their needs
Handle the full sales cycle — quoting, presenting, closing, and servicing policies
Collaborate with the agency owner on strategic growth goals
Participate in marketing efforts, community engagement, and networking
Learn the ins and outs of agency operations, leadership, and management
What We’re Looking For
A strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sales
Proven experience in a sales (insurance experience a plus, but not required)
Ambition to grow into agency ownership or a leadership position
Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑up skills
Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
Life & Health license is a bonus
