The role
We are looking for a
Test Execution Analyst
to support an important client in the
banking and digital
domain.
In this role, you will be responsible for all test activities throughout the testing life cycle of solutions for key customer accounts, with a specific focus on core banking and digital applications. This is a customer‑facing role requiring excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage stress levels in demanding project contexts.
Responsibilities
Define Test Policy and Test Plan;
Provide effort estimations and track the test effort to ensure adequate staffing;
Monitor and control testing activities against planned budget and quality gates;
Report progress to management and client;
Manage client relationship with appropriate communication;
Manage defects and reporting;
Design, update and execute functional and business test scenarios and test cases based on functional and non‑functional requirements, ensuring their reusability;
Manage test environments (baseline definition and maintenance, assessment on environment readiness);
Manage tools for testing, tracking defects, statistics and requirements coverage reporting;
Document and evaluate the result of the testing, investigate testing deficiencies;
Contribute to continuous improvement of Test Management processes and procedures.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of MicroFocus QC/ALM, JIRA and MS Office Suite;
In‑depth knowledge of test concepts and methodology;
Experience and strong knowledge of core banking and finance industry, with functional knowledge in core banking solutions;
Nice to have
ISTQB Certification or equivalent;
Technical knowledge of web and mobile applications;
Experience in testing within Agile contexts, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, TDD, BDD, and API testing.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with a structured, client‑oriented, and flexible approach to working effectively in fast‑paced, challenging team environments, completing the profile.
