Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed. Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance coverage, eligibility, policies, claims, and billing. Use a needs-based review process to educate customers on insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote suitable products and services. Support local community events in partnership with the agent. Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily. Benefits
