Location : Remote (Fair Lawn, NJ)

Salary : $50,000 base (paid weekly) + uncapped commission (paid monthly)

Earnings Potential : $100,000–$130,000/year for top performers

Hours : 9am–6pm PST, Tuesday–Saturday (Sunday & Monday off; option to work extra hours for more commission)

Contract Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Closing Date : Hiring within 2–3 weeks

Role Overview Sales Representatives conduct 1-on-1 Google Meet calls with prospective clients, closing tutoring service sales and matching new clients with tutors. With a

50%+ close rate , most sales are one-call closes, though follow-ups may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct consultative sales calls with warm leads (no cold calling)

Close sales and collect payments for tutoring services

Match new clients with tutors for fulfillment

Follow up with select clients to ensure sales completion Eligibility Requirements

Application & Training Process

Application submission

1st Round Interview : 2–4 minute video introducing yourself and selling an LSAT prep package

2nd Round Interview : 45-minute mock sales call based on a recorded example

3rd Round Interview : 30-minute meeting with team members

Offer letter & onboarding

Training : First month includes watching game tapes, shadowing live sales calls, conducting mock calls with feedback, and learning scripts, SOPs, and KPIs. First official sales call expected within 2–4 weeks.
