ABOUT OUR AGENCY I’ve been proudly part of State Farm since 2007, building a career centered on service, community, and leadership. I earned my BSIE from University of Michigan and my MBA from Loyola University Chicago.
Giving back is an important part of who I am. I’ve served as Past President of the North Fulton Rotary Club, volunteer with Special Olympics, and am an active member of my local church. I also coach youth hockey, baseball, football, and soccer, which has given me a deep appreciation for teamwork and mentorship.

ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Cliff Wilcox - State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
