RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional customer service to customer by promptly and accurately addressing inquiries related to auto, home, life, and other insurance products.

Manage and update client accounts within systems, ensuring all policy details, claims information, and payment records are current and accurate.

Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and claims support to foster strong client relationships and promote retention.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options to help them make informed decisions aligned with their needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

No insurance experience necessary

Resiliance

Customer service experience preferred
