Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.

Assist in the negotiation process to help clients secure favorable deals.

Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Participate in training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.

Utilize company-provided leads to expand a client base and grow your career.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings in our CRM system.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with people.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport with clients.

Proven track record of being a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Familiarity with real estate principles, either through coursework or practical experience, is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and successful transactions.

Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client interactions and property listings effectively.

Compensation $98,000 - $195,000 yearly
