What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Develop and manage long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
Execute territory sales strategies through in‑person and virtual communications to meet objectives
Identify and address territory‑specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, patient access, and medical science liaisons
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams with strong communication skills
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, etc.)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent driving is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of similar experience
Entrepreneurial attitude and adaptability in performance‑based environments
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
