Responsibilities
Lead client engagements, review work, and ensure service excellence
Drive revenue through marketing, referrals, and business development
Coach and mentor team members, oversee performance reviews
Cultivate new and existing client and referral relationships
Represent the firm in the community through public speaking and involvement
Champion firm culture, continuous learning, and specialization
Qualifications
Current Principal, Partner, Director, or experienced Senior Manager in public accounting
CPA or JD required
Leadership, communication, and business development strengths
Proficiency in accounting software and client relationship management
