Director of Business Development (C5ISR / Mission Command Systems)
to join their team in the
DC Metro
area. What’s in it for you… Growing organically & via acquisitions – made 3 strategic acquisitions to expand capabilities Goal is to be $1B in revenues (double in size) within 5 years – M&A is part of the growth strategy Leading in the design, & manufacturing of highly engineered integrated products & solutions for military, government & commercial customers Newly created position responsible for sustainment and growth of C5ISR support systems direct to the DoW as well as Tier 1 OEMs Leadership promotes from within – opportunities to climb the business development ranks as you prove yourself & the company grows Highly visible role reporting directly to the CGO and interact heavily with the ELT To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired: Bachelor’s degree, must be clearable 10+ years of federal business development/capture and/or relevant military experience Demonstrated experience driving growth in the Defense C5ISR / Mission Command Systems arena Good interpersonal skills, self-starter with high business acumen Explore More Opportunities from MRIGlobalSearch
