The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff. Key responsibilities include: Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, including common areas, restrooms, and entryways. Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed, ensuring all areas are appropriately arranged and presentable. Perform routine inspections of the property and promptly report maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel. Coordinate with other staff members to ensure the efficient delivery of services and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Ensure all tools and cleaning equipment are properly maintained and stored securely after use. Assist with receiving, storing, and distributing supplies and deliveries as required. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic understanding of safety and sanitation regulations.
