About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and execution-focused leader to spearhead its go-to-market efforts with a primary focus on the employer and broker verticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive go-to-market strategy, defining structured pipelines, and refining commercial models. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the employer benefits ecosystem, including brokers, TPAs, payers, and large self-insured employers, and a proven track record in building and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading strategic partnership development, structuring and negotiating complex agreements, and will operate as a trusted partner to the CEO in the execution of high-profile initiatives.

Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive leadership experience in go-to-market, business development, or commercial strategy, within the healthcare, benefits, or digital health sectors. A strong executive presence, the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, and a history of quota-carrying success are essential. The role requires a candidate who is skilled at building repeatable processes for pipeline management, forecasting, and cross-functional execution, and who can work closely with product, marketing, and clinical teams to translate market insights into scalable offerings. The position is highly dynamic, with a focus on both leadership and individual sales contribution, and demands a professional who is comfortable with a high level of travel and is adept at operating in fast-scaling or ambiguous environments.
