About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Brandhub Sales to spearhead new business growth for its proprietary trade marketing platform. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for owning the sales lifecycle, driving top-of-funnel activity, and shaping commercial strategy. This role demands a bold, results-driven leader with a strong foundation in B2B sales, particularly in the MarTech or retail activation sectors. The VP will be tasked with refining the go-to-market strategy, targeting high-value prospects, and ensuring the value of the Brandhub platform is effectively positioned and sold. They will also play a critical role in client retention, partnering with account management teams to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading high-performing sales teams, driving new client acquisition, and converting complex opportunities into long-term relationships. Experience in consultative, solution-based selling is essential, as is the ability to align sales execution with broader business goals. The VP, Brandhub Sales will be expected to contribute to the company's growth with integrity, momentum, and purpose, and to lead by example in fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Key responsibilities include shaping the growth strategy, leading revenue generation efforts, and playing a pivotal role in the product roadmap. The role also involves P&L accountability, team and capability development, and a strong focus on performance measures such as revenue growth, new client acquisition, and client retention.
