Key responsibilities for the VP of Product Growth include developing and implementing product growth strategies, building roadmaps that support product-led growth, optimizing user journeys, and overseeing martech systems to enhance measurement and scale. The role also requires leading cross-functional collaboration to meet ambitious user growth goals, mentoring product team members, and driving KPIs related to usage, customer lifetime value, and user satisfaction. The company is looking for a candidate with at least 7 years' experience in digital product leadership, a proven track record in driving significant product growth, and a deep understanding of customer behavior and engagement funnels. High EQ leadership, experience in a fast-paced, startup-style environment, and a bonus for experience in integrating LLM or AI capabilities into digital platforms are also sought.
