Following strategies to educate and sell insurance Building sincere rapport with customers Collecting details from clients in order to fully assist them Being fully aware of the company’s services and policies Following all legal and ethical procedures/practices Requirements
MUST be coachable and ready to learn Self-motivated Computer savvy Minimum of one year customer service experience High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business (recommended, not required)
