Physical Therapist - Clinic Director $20K Bonus

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic Director
Location:
Mt. Juliet, TN
Schedule:
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday
Compensation:
$85,000 – $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center in Mount Juliet is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our small outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehabilitation services that maximize functionality and promote the well‑being of our patients.
Qualifications
Must have 2 years of experience working in an outpatient clinic.
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid TN Physical Therapist License is required.
CPR Certification.
Responsibilities
Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions.
Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and PTAs.
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
Participate in industry‑leading continuing education opportunities.
