Role Description As an account representative for Jay Ellett State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities

Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.

Manage a pipeline in our agency's account management system, following up with all prospects accordingly.

Assist customers with policy applications and renewals, ensuring accurate underwriting of new and existing policies.

Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Requirements

Must have or be able to obtain Alabama P&C and L&H insurance licenses.

Must be committed to operating ethically and be a team player.

Must have an outgoing personality.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
