Compensation and Growth Earning Potential:
$100k – $150k+ annually (base salary plus bonuses and commissions)
Experience Required:
Prior BDC, call center, or sales experience preferred

Strong communication and phone skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals
Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple leads
Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within a team environment
