Head Chocolatier
to join our Chocolate Team at BE Chocolat in Fairfield, CT. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about chocolate and working alongside our amazing chocolate team.

Has a passion for chocolate and keen attention to detail
Enjoys taking initiative and working as and leading a collaborative team
Eager to learn new techniques and consistently improve their craft
Brings a positive, “whatever it takes” attitude to the workplace
Creative and artistic and likes to bring new ideas to the table
Job requires
Managing a team of 3 part‑time chocolatiers
Managing inventory and ordering of food and supplies
Creating new recipes
Forecasting peak season production
Tempering cocoa butter and chocolate in bowls and on marble
Piping fillings with precision and consistency
Following recipes precisely
Standing for long hours in a small, shared, fast‑paced workspace
Experience producing ice cream is a plus
An opportunity to contribute to our diverse range of unique, high‑quality chocolates
Flexible hours: 35‑40 hours/week in the off‑season, 40+ hours/week during peak season
Typically Monday–Friday schedule, with some Saturdays required during peak periods
Pay will vary based on experience
