Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in the city of Lake Park, Fl.
Our office is open M-F, 9-5 and Saturdays by appointment.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
I am a proud graduate of F.A.U.
We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
We have 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and National Quality Award
