Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, persistent, competitive and goal oriented.
Honest and genuinely interested in helping people.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Ability to obtain General Lines Property and Casualty and Life, Accident, Health and HMO Insurance Licenses
