seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent. Who We Are NOT Looking For: Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales. Agents who require hand-holding at every step. Cheap agents selling policies for $30, $50, or $70/month. People who are not coachable and have a large ego. Who We ARE Looking For: Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well. Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system. Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities). We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom meetings across the US. Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums. We do NOT participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources for our high-end agents.
